1) You will receive an invitation email from your Reseller.
- Click on the red "sign up now" button

2) You will be greeted by the "Onboarding Screen"
- Here you will need to add your details like your name, choose your preferred language and set your Account and Organization name.
- Note on Account Name - This must be a unique name (not used by any other SOLV accounts). This could be the legal name of your company, for example.
- Note on Organization Name - This is the name that will go out on your Broadcasts.

- There is a second screen to add more details.
- These details are optional.

3) You now have access to your SOLV account.
- You can change the details you gave about your organization in the "Account" section

- Go to the SOLV logo in the upper left-hand corner of the screen
- Select "Account" from the drop-down menu

- In the "Account Info" section, fill in the box for Account Name
- Some things to note:
a) This is the name of your account on the platform
b) The name is case-sensitive
c) The name has be to unique. So, no other SOLV user can already be using the name you choose

- In the "Organizational Info" section, first, add your Organization's Name
a) This is the name that will be displayed on your Broadcasts
- Optional - Then add your Logo
b) A "right-click" on the box provided will allow you to select a file from your computer
- Optional -Add your Contact Details
c) This will automatically add your contact details (phone, email, etc) to your Broadcasts
d) You can always edit these details at the "Create Broadcast" stage
- Optional - Add your website
e) This helps you add your website details to your "Broadcast Pages"

4) After your first sign-in and the Onboarding Page, you will receive an email like this.

- This will give you links to some basic functions that will help you send your first Broadcast
