Getting Started

We're excited that you've decided to give us a try and we want to make sure you have everything you need to get up and running as quickly as possible. This article will walk you through the process of setting up and using SOLV. By the end of this guide, you will have a good understanding of how to use the basic features and functionality of SOLV. Let's get started!

SOLV Console is the web application you use to manage your account, broadcasts and access other features provided by SOLV. Throughout this knowledge, we will use the terms SOLV and SOLV Console interchangeably unless the context is not obvious.

To launch the SOLV Console, open your browser and navigate to the following web address:

https://console.solv.technology

If this is the first time you're using SOLV or you not have used SOLV for a while, you will be ask to sign in:

SOLV allows you to authenticate and identify yourself using the following means:

• Sign in with Google, by using your Google account.
• Sign in with LinkedIn, by using your LinkedIn account.
• Sign in with Email, by using your email address.

Once you're signed in, you'll land on the SOLV Console Home screen:

For a detailed explanation of the various elements of the SOLV Console please consult this article. Here we will briefly explain the main elements sufficient to get you going.

On top of every screen in the SOLV Console is the Main Menu, which serves as the primary navigation tool for accessing the various screens within the SOLV Console. 

Also in the Home screen are a set of chart widgets, displaying the status and performance indicators of your account.

Since yours is a brand new account, all your charts will show zeros.

Below these chart widgets are a few sections containing links to provide instant access to various features and areas of the SOLV Console:

• Quick Access contains a number of links to allow you to quickly access common features of SOLV. Here you see you can Create a new Broadcast and Top up Credits right from the Home screen. These links may change over time as you make more use of the system.
• Learn provides quick access to articles in this Knowledge base. Like the Quick Access links, the links in the section may also change over time.
• Finally, use the Explore our other guides to navigate to the knowledge base of articles, such as this very one, of the SOLV Help Center.

Now that is out of the way, let's make sure your account is set up properly.

To configure your account, you need to access the Account screen. To do that, click on the left-most menu item called SOLV and a drop down sub-menu will appear. Hit the menu item that says Account:
