What to do if you get an error message that mentions the hostname of the web address?

The first step is to open your SOLV account. Once you have logged in, locate the SOLV logo at the top left corner of the screen and click on it. This will prompt a drop-down menu to appear. Select the first option on the list, which is labelled "Account."

Scroll down to the bottom of the page where you will find a section titled "Other Settings." Within this section, there is a box labelled "Allowed Host Names." Enter the URL of the company that you intend to use for your campaign. It's important to only include the top-level URL (e.g. example.com).

By doing this, you should be able to resolve any errors you may have encountered.
