The following table provide details about various requirements for images you provide to SOLV for your broadcasts and other use.

Note:
* SOLV automatically attempts to resize any image you upload to the platform for you to fit the required dimension. The listed dimension requirements are for after-resize dimensions.
** SOLV automatically attempts to compress any image you upload to the platform to fit the file size requirement. The listed file size requirements above are for after-compressed file sizes.
*** Animated GIFs carry additional requirements. Please refer to the next section for details.
Animated GIFs
If you want to use animated GIFs in your broadcast message and/or pages, your images must comply with the following requirements:
- The maximum frame rate acceptable is 24 frames per second. The recommended frame rate for an animated GIF on the SOLV platform is 10 frames per second. This will ensure that your animation runs smoothly and does not appear choppy or disjointed.
- The maximum length of animation for an animated GIF is 15 seconds, which can be looped a maximum of three times
Additional Considerations
The Ad exchanges that SOLV buys from, expressly prohibit the use of ad creative that portrays or imitates features or alerts, including (but not limited to) play buttons that suggest video capability, close buttons that do not close, or system messages such as Microsoft Windows alerts or virus warnings.
